Fall 2019 Forum on the Future of Value-based Payment

Advancing Excellence has announced that the theme of its Fall meeting will be the future of value-based payment for PALTC facilities and clinicians. A robust agenda will address how to improve healthcare value for the vulnerable populations these providers serve. AELTCC will also explore the future of the collaborative and opportunities for engagement in this and other critical issues.

The session will feature guest speaker Amy Bossano, Deputy Director of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

The meeting is an opportunity to network with leaders in the field and discuss a topic that is critical to the future of health care. Following the morning’s VBP forum, work groups within the collaborative will be meeting in the afternoon to advance several other topics of interest to AELTCC.
